Usage: Writes dates to the standard output
Options: if a date is entered on the command line,
it is used as the base date, otherwise the
current date is used
Without options, TODAY writes the current date as MM-DD-YYYY.
/S (short) writes the form MM-DD-YY
/L (long) writes the form: Sunday January 1, 1990
/+n writes the date n days after the base date.
/+-n writes the date n days prior to the base date.
/YYMMDD/YYYYMMDD/DD-MM-YY ... formats the date as shown
