Usage: FileName [n]
where FileName is the name of the file from which
one (or more) line(s) are to popped.
n is the number of lines to be popped from the file,
if n is not supplied, 1 is assumed.

are no longer in the file.
The popped lines are sent to the standard output device
which defaults to the screen, but may be redirected (using >).
If popping the last line from a file, the file is deleted,
allowing for an IF EXIST test in a BAT file.
ERRORLEVEL is set on exit to the DOS Error code for the error.
