Usage: [Options] [Input] [Output]
Options:
/c[n] clear screen, if n given it is a color.
/m multiple selections allowed.
/+n n is starting column in input for menu selections
/ln n is length in input for menu selections
/n is starting column in input for output
/#n n is length in input for output
/xn n is screen column for upper left corner
(default is cursor position)
/yn n is screen row for upper left corner
(default is cursor position)
Input is text file for input (default: Std Input)
Output is text file for output (default: Std Output)

PICKLIST reads Input lines and presents them as a pick
list. Selected item(s) are written to Output.
If user escapes, ERRORLEVEL is 1
