Usage: Infile Outfile LMgn TMgn RMgn BMgn
Reads Infile writes Outfile adding margin specifed on command line
to Outfile in pixels.
If a negative number is used for any margin, the margin calculated
so that resulting image size (in pixels) is the absolute value of
the number specified.
If both TMgn and BMgn are negative, image is centered vertically
in an image size equal to TMgn. The value of BMgn is ignored.
If both LMgn and RMgn are negative, image is centered horizontally
in an image size equal to LMgn. The value of RMgn is ignored.
Examples:
-2500 0 0 0 (Image right-justified in an image 2500 pixels wide.
0 -3100 0 0 (Image bottom aligned in an image 3100 pixels high.
0 0 -2500 0 (Image left-justified in an image 2500 pixels wide.
0 0 0 -3100 (Image top aligned in an image 3100 pixels high.
-2500 0 -1 0 (Image centered horizontally in an image 2500 pixels wide.
0 -3100 0 -1 (Image centered vertically in an image 3100 pixels high.
-2500 -3100 -1 -1 (Image centered in an image 2500 wide, 3100 high.
