Alarm beeps by sending to the standard output device
in a pattern of BEEP (1/2 sec pause) BEEP (10 sec pause).
Any sound pattern may be specified on the command line in
the form: FREQ DELAY FREQ DELAY ...
where FREQ is a number, and DELAY is the number of hundredths
of a second.
Use FREQ of 0 for silence.
If /n is included among parameters, it is the number of times
to play the alarm pattern.
Use in place of frequency, if the standard beep is desired,
in which case the following number is the delay after the beep.
Sound pattern continues until a key is pressed. If the key
pressed is Esc, ERRORLEVEL is set to 1.
